Alongside the other Directors Umar has worked closely with the teams to develop their own unique blend of Premium Medical Grade Nitrile Gloves. In light of requirements and challenges across sectors, the blend is designed to provide exact solutions for existing high levels of clientele. RG Group works hand in hand with Medybird to fulfill client requirements to the highest international standards according to EU, US, and international requirements.

Medybird Nitrile Gloves are waterproof, greaseproof, oilproof, and most importantly, chemical resistant to a range of common chemicals and substances. They are designed to be highly puncture-resistant making them suitable for use in a range of industries including healthcare, food, and automotive manufacturing plants.

During the pandemic demand for Nitrile gloves increased rapidly and many manufacturers were unable to handle this. In turn, there were various new challenges that arose including limited SGS appointments available and many new Businesses coming to market unprepared. It also became increasingly difficult to complete due diligence leading to many counterfeit goods and non-certified PPE being supplied to Governmental organisations and individuals wasting millions of pounds. This is where RG Group stepped in to provide complete solutions to countries across the globe with products they can trust and customisable options available such as native language on the box.

Umar acts as Director of Operations for Medybird Ltd. and works closely with Dany Manu, founder of Medybird to ensure that Governments and organisations can rely on the products they will be receiving with complete end-to-end solutions. Medybird now has an increased manufacturing capacity and has approved distributors across the globe.
